Calls on international, European and national sports federations to accept in their statutes the right to have recourse to ordinary courts, but recognises that the principle of self-regulation by national authorities, leagues and competitions underpins and justifies the structures of the European sport model and the fundamental principles governing the organisation of sport competitions;
demande aux fédérations sportives internationales, européennes et nationales d'accepter dans leurs statuts le droit de recours aux tribunaux ordinaires, mais reconnaît que le principe de l'autoréglementation par les autorités nationales, les ligues et les organisateurs de compétitions sous-tend et justifie les structures du modèle européen des sports et les principes fondamentaux régissant l'organisation des compétitions sportives;
