When awarding tenders under a Community instrument, special consideration will be given to respect for internationally agreed core labour standards of the International Labour Organisation (ILO), e.g. the conventions on freedom of association and collective bargaining, elimination of forced and compulsory labour, elimination of discrimination in respect of employment and occupation, and the abolition of child labour.
Lors de l’attribution de contrats au titre d’un instrument communautaire, une attention particulière sera apportée au respect des normes fondamentales en matière de travail, convenues sur le plan international, de l’Organisation internationale du travail (OIT), notamment les conventions sur la liberté syndicale et la négociation collective, sur l’élimination du travail forcé et obligatoire, sur l’élimination des discriminations en matière d’emploi et de profession et sur l’abolition du travail des enfants.
