The Commission concluded that the parties' combined market shares were not excessively high in any of these markets, in particular in process automation and valves. As for pulp drying machines and stock preparation equipment, the Commission noted also the existence of several other strong players in these markets, notably ABB Fläkt, Andritz and Lamb in pulp drying machines, and Voith-Sulzer and Beloit in stock preparation equipment.
