The circular logo has the following characteristics: a pale yellow background bordered in brown with ‘Nocciola Romana’ in black lettering in a semicircular arrangement at the top and with ‘Denominazione Origine Protetta’ in black lettering in a semicircle at the bottom, in the centre of which there are three green leaves pointing upwards spread fan-like, which frame a brown hazelnut, outlined in black, on which the Palazzo dei Papi of Viterbo is depicted in pale yellow against the light brown of the nut.
Le logo de l'appellation, de forme circulaire, possède les caractéristiques suivantes: fond de couleur havane paillé avec un bord marron et, en haut, en demi-cercle, l'inscription «Nocciola Romana» de couleur noire et, en bas, en demi-cercle, l'inscription «Denominazione Origine Protetta» de couleur noire avec trois feuilles disposées en éventail, la pointe vers le haut, de couleur verte avec un bord noir, sur lesquelles repose une noisette au contour noir et de couleur marron; le fond de la noisette est de couleur marron clair et, au centre de la noisette, figure le dessin du palais des papes de Viterbe, de couleur havane paillé.
