En appui au secteur secondaire, des initiatives dans les domaines financiers, de services (en particulier dans le domaine des nouvelles technologies de production) et de formation seront également mises en oeuvre. ii) Secteur agricole. Les actions retenues visent à consolider le secteur maraîcher, en particulier, par la mise au point de variétés de produits destinés à l'agro- industrie, et la zootechnie, avec comme objectifs, entre autres, la consolidation et le renforcement de la capacité de transformation et de commercialisation.
