1. With regard to the proportion of SMEs, and without prejudice to the other conditions specified in points (b) to (g) of Article 33(3) of Directive 2014/65/EU and in Article 78(2) of this Regulation, an SME growth market shall only be deregistered by the competent authority of its home Member State where the proportion of SMEs, as determined in accordance with the first subparagraph of Article 78(1) of this Regulation, falls below 50 % for three consecutive calendar years.

En ce qui concerne la proportion de PME, et sans préjudice des autres conditions visées à l'article 33, paragraphe 3, points b) à g), de la directive 2014/65/UE et à l'article 78, paragraphe 2, du présent règlement, il ne peut être mis fin à l'enregistrement d'un marché de croissance des PME par l'autorité compétente de son État membre d'origine que si la proportion de PME, telle que déterminée conformément à l'article 78, paragraphe 1, premier alinéa, du présent règlement, est inférieure à 50 % sur trois années civiles consécutives.
