Agricultural goods falling within Chapters 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 12 and heading 2401 which are grown or harvested in the territory of an OCTs shall be treated as originating in the territory of that country, even if grown from seeds, bulbs, rootstock, cuttings, grafts, shoots, buds, or other live parts of plants imported from another country.
Les marchandises agricoles relevant des chapitres 6, 7, 8, 9, 10 et 12 et de la position 2401 qui sont cultivées ou récoltées sur le territoire d’un PTOM sont considérées comme originaires du territoire de celui-ci, même si elles ont été cultivées à partir de semences, de bulbes, de rhizomes, de boutures, de greffons, de pousses, de bourgeons ou d’autres parties vivantes de végétaux importées d’un autre pays.
