h) to another motion overwhelmingly adopted by Ottawa City Council, on April 10, 2002, expressing the City's wish to purchase the Moffatt Farm parkland, also asking the National Capital Commission to honour City Council's decision and also to withdraw its own appeal to the Ontario Municipal Board asking the Ontario Municipal Board to overturn City Council and force the re-zoning of Moffatt Farm from parkland zoning to residential zoning;
h) une autre motion adoptée en masse par le Conseil municipal d'Ottawa le 10 avril 2002 exprimant la volonté de la ville d'acheter l'espace vert de la ferme Moffatt et demandant à la Commission de la capitale nationale de respecter la décision du Conseil municipal et de retirer son appel à la Commission des affaires municipales de l'Ontario demandant à celle-ci de renverser la décision du Conseil municipal et d'imposer le rezonage de la ferme Moffatt de celui d'espace vert à celui de secteur résidentiel;
