The Tribunal also finds that, with regard to the second part of the note of 28 July 2009, in which the applicant, by asking to be admitted to the oral test, might be considered to be challenging the decision not to admit her to the oral test, the wording of the note in question does not contain a statement of any plea or argument in law or in fact supporting the request for amendment of that decision.
Le Tribunal constate ensuite, que, à l’égard du second volet de la note du 28 juillet 2009, par lequel la requérante, en demandant son admission à participer à l’épreuve orale, pourrait être regardée comme contestant la décision de non-admission à l’épreuve orale, le texte de la note en cause ne comporte l’exposé d’aucun moyen ni argument de droit ou de fait à l’appui de la demande de modification de ladite décision.
