(c) When any nuclear material of a composition and purity suitable for fuel fabrication or for isotopic enrichment leaves the plant or the process stage in which it has been produced, or when such nuclear material, or any other nuclear material produced at a later stage in the nuclear fuel cycle, is imported into the States, the nuclear material shall become subject to the other safeguards procedures specified in this Agreement.
c ) Si des matières nucléaires d'une composition et d'une pureté telles qu'elles permettent la fabrication de combustible nucléaire ou la séparation des isotopes quittent l'usine ou le stade de traitement où elles ont été produites , ou si de telles matières nucléaires ou toute autre matière nucléaire produite à un stade ultérieur du cycle du combustible nucléaire sont importées vers les territoires des Etats , elles sont alors soumises aux autres modalités de garanties spécifiées dans le présent accord .
