3. The one-stop shop shall forward any application for infrastructure capacity without any delay to the competent infrastructure managers and, where relevant, the allocation bodies as referred to in Article 14(2) of Directive 2001/14/EC, who shall take a decision on that application in accordance with Article 13 and Chapter III of that Directive.
3. Le guichet unique transmet sans tarder toute demande de capacités d'infrastructure aux gestionnaires de l'infrastructure compétents et, le cas échéant, aux organismes de répartition visés à l'article 14, paragraphe 2, de la directive 2001/14/CE, qui prennent une décision sur cette demande conformément à l'article 13 et au chapitre III de ladite directive.
