The undertakings named in Article 1 shall forthwith bring the said infringement to an end, if they have not already done so. They shall henceforward refrain in relation to their activities in pre-insulated pipes from any agreement or concerted practice which may have the same or a similar object or effect as the infringement, including any exchange of commercial information by which they might be able to monitor adherence to or compliance with any tacit or express agreement regarding market-sharing, price fixing or bid-rigging in the Community.
Les entreprises désignées à l'article 1er mettent fin immédiatement à l'infraction précitée, si elles ne l'ont pas déjà fait, et s'abstiennent à l'avenir, dans le cadre de leurs activités dans le secteur des conduites précalorifugées, de tout accord et de toute pratique concertée susceptibles d'avoir un objet ou un effet identique ou similaire à cette infraction, y compris tout échange de renseignements commerciaux pouvant leur permettre de s'assurer du respect de tout accord tacite ou exprès concernant le partage de marchés, la fixation de prix ou les soumissions concertées dans la Communauté.
