26. The Review Board shall make the substance of any information received by it in
respect of a matter before it known to the person who applied for an export permit in respect of the object to which the matter relates, or to the person, institution or public authority that applied for a determination under subsection 32(1), as the case may be, and, before the Review Board decides the matter, it shall give that person, institution or public authority an opportunity to make representations in respect of that inform

26. La Commission transmet, pour l’essentiel, les renseignements qu’elle a reçus sur l’affaire dont elle est saisie, soit à la personne qui a demandé une licence pour l’objet auquel cette affaire a trait, soit à la personne, à l’établissement ou à l’administration qui lui a demandé de statuer conformément au paragraphe 32(1); avant de régler l’affaire, la Commission donne à cette personne, à cet établissement ou à cette administration la possibilité de présenter des observations sur ces renseignements.
