By 29 April 2011 liquids, aerosols and gels obtained at a third country airport or on board an aircraft of a non-Community air carrier shall be permitted into security restricted areas and on board an aircraft, on condition that the liquid is packed in a bag that conforms to the recommended security control guidelines of the International Civil Aviation Organisation and the bag displays satisfactory proof of purchase within the preceding thirty-six hours airside at the airport or on board the aircraft.
D’ici au 29 avril 2011, les liquides, aérosols et gels obtenus dans un aéroport d’un pays tiers ou à bord d’un aéronef d’une compagnie aérienne non communautaire sont autorisés à l’intérieur des zones de sûreté à accès réglementé et à bord des aéronefs, à condition que le liquide soit placé dans un sac conforme aux recommandations par l’Organisation de l’aviation civile internationale en matière de contrôle de sûreté et qu’il existe des éléments de preuve satisfaisants attestant que le sac a été acheté dans la zone côté piste de l’aéroport ou à bord de l’aéronef au cours des trente-six heures écoulées.
