One of them was in a question the other day, which was a wonderful opportunity that I missed, by the hon. member for Hochelaga who said, “If it is not broken, why fix it?” The only thing I see broken is the record that keeps playing over and over again in the same groove with the same old arguments that are, frankly, not shared with the rest of the world.
Entre autres, l'autre jour, le député d'Hochelaga a demandé pourquoi on devrait modifier un système qui fonctionne bien, et j'ai laissé filer une bonne occasion de répondre à ce moment-là. Ce qui ne fonctionne pas, en l'occurrence, c'est le même argument qu'on rabâche sans cesse et auquel, bien franchement, le reste du monde ne souscrit pas.
