Successful implementation of the Plan of Action will depend to a great extent on the ability to assess requirements in terms of ICT development, to anticipate changes in the digital divide and in user patterns and to adapt education and training measures and, lastly, will reside in the ability to adopt instruments for the economic and social comparison and evaluation of the Information Society.
La réalisation du Plan d’action tiendra beaucoup à la capacité d’analyser les besoins de développement des TIC, d’anticiper les évolutions de la fracture numérique, des comportements d’usage, de l’adaptation des actions d’éducation et de formation et tiendra enfin dans la capacité à se doter des instruments de comparaison et d’évaluation économiques et sociaux de la Société de l’Information.
