6.2 Notwithstanding the provisions of the first paragraph, the beneficiary grants the Commission the right to use freely and as it sees fit the results deriving from the operation, subject to any confidentiality arrangements agreed between them and the industrial and intellectual property rights already existing.
6.2. Sans préjudice des stipulations du paragraphe 1er, le bénéficiaire octroie à la Commission le droit d'utiliser librement et comme elle le juge bon les résultats dérivés de l'action, sous réserve d'une éventuelle confidentialité convenue entre le bénéficiaire et la Commission et dans le respect des droits de propriété industrielle et intellectuelle préexistants.
