2 (1) Sous réserve des autres dispositions du présent article et des exceptions ou restrictions prévues par la présente loi, le recueil des lois déposé au bureau du greffier des Parlements le 19, ainsi que les divers titres et articles qu’il renferme et qui en constituent les chapitres à , ont force de loi à toutes fins, sous le titre « Lois révisées du Canada de », en français, et « Revised Statutes of Canada, », en anglais, comme si ce recueil et les lois qu’il renferme, ainsi que ses divers chapitres, parties et articles, étaient expressément incorporés à la présente loi et édictés par elle.
