This complex problem has to be addressed from different angles as well - therefore a separate sector of the Agency should deal with the question of national minorities based on the experience of existing European and national institutions and networks in this field, such as the European Center for Minority Issues or the COMIR network.
Ce problème complexe doit aussi être envisagé sous différents angles – il conviendrait dès lors qu'un secteur particulier de l'Agence se consacre à la question des minorités nationales, en partant de l'expérience acquise par les instituts et réseaux européens et nationaux existants dans ce domaine, tels que le Centre européen pour les minorités et le réseau COMIR.
