– (DE) Mr President, the Italians, as a nation, have brought forth many talented artists, but I do not think it appropriate that respected Members of this House such as Mr Pannella should come here and turn Parliament into a circus by finding a brief perch in the last row, raising a point of order and then coming out with something completely irrelevant to the matter in hand.
- (DE) Monsieur le Président, l'Italie, en tant que nation, a donné naissance à de nombreux artistes talentueux, mais je ne pense pas qu'il soit opportun qu'un député européen respecté comme M. Pannella puisse transformer le Parlement en un cirque, en prenant brièvement la parole au dernier rang et en soulevant une motion de procédure pour finalement parler d'un sujet totalement hors de propos.
