Article 10, paragraph 3, last indent of the SBC introduces the possibility of an exceptional dispense from stamping, at the request of a third-country national, in case that the stamping might cause serious difficulties for the person (such as problems of political character).
L’article 10, paragraphe 3, dernier alinéa, du code frontières Schengen introduit la possibilité d’une dispense exceptionnelle de l’obligation d’apposer un cachet, à la demande d’un ressortissant de pays tiers, lorsque l’apposition du cachet risque d’entraîner des difficultés importantes pour ce ressortissant (problèmes d’ordre politique, par exemple).
