Should an aboriginal living in the city of Winnipeg receive moneys by way of a trust that have nothing do with his aboriginal status and are not traceable to the reserve or the Indian Act, in other words he gets funds independently, would those funds also be tracked for control or would they fall to the exclusive jurisdiction of the individual?
