(a) when tested using the snow traction test described in ASTM F 1805 - 06, Standard Test Method for Single Wheel Driving Traction in a Straight Line on Snow- and Ice-Covered Surfaces, with medium pack snow and a test load equal to 74% of the test inflation rated load described in that test method, attains a traction index equal to or greater than 110 compared to a standard reference test tire that meets the requirements of ASTM E 1136 - 10, Standard Specification for P195/75R14 Radial Standard Reference Test Tire; and
a) atteint un indice de traction égal ou supérieur à 110 par rapport à un pneu d’essai qui est conforme aux exigences de la norme E 1136 - 10 de l’ASTM, intitulée Standard Specification for P195/75R14 Radial Standard Reference Test Tire, lors de l’essai de traction sur neige qui figure dans la norme F 1805 - 06 de l’ASTM, intitulée Standard Test Method for Single Wheel Driving Traction in a Straight Line on Snow- and Ice-Covered Surfaces, avec de la neige moyennement damée et une charge d’essai égale à 74 % de la charge nominale à la pression de gonflage de l’essai qui figure dans cette méthode d’essai;
