Any surplus in the guarantee fund resulting from an adjustment of the target amount or from remunerations in excess of the target amount after a full reloading of the EU guarantee up to its initial amount of EUR 16 000 000 000 should be returned to the general budget of the Union as internal assigned revenue, in order to replenish any budget lines which may have been used as source of redeployment to the guarantee fund.
Tout excédent du fonds de garantie résultant d’une adaptation du montant cible ou de toute rémunération excédentaire du montant cible après rétablissement intégral à 16 000 000 000 EUR du montant initial de la garantie de l’Union devrait être restitué au budget général de l’Union en tant que recettes affectées internes, afin de reconstituer toute ligne qui a été utilisée, le cas échéant, comme source de redéploiement en faveur du fonds de garantie.
