3. Calls on the Commission to facilitate the establishment, at European level, of a coordinated market organisation for an exceptional, limited period with a view to arranging the clearance and sale, as a matter of priority, of windfall timber on the internal market and to facilitate its storage and transport, particularly in the case of the less noble timbers;
3. invite la Commission à faciliter la mise en place, à l'échelle européenne d'une organisation coordonnée de mise en marché exceptionnelle et limitée dans le temps afin d'organiser l'exploitation et l'écoulement prioritaires des bois tombés sur le marché intérieur, d'aider à leur stockage et à leur transport, notamment pour les bois les moins nobles;
