If several discs are linked together to increase the continuous recording capacity which can be achieved without intervention by staff, the links between the various discs must be made in such a way that there are no breaks in or overlapping of recordings at the point of transfer from one disc to another.
Si plusieurs disques sont reliés entre eux afin d’augmenter la capacité d’enregistrement en continu réalisable sans intervention du personnel, les raccordements entre les différents disques doivent être réalisés de telle manière que les enregistrements, aux endroits de passage d’un disque au suivant, ne présentent ni interruptions ni chevauchements.
