6. No drawback shall be paid under these Regulations in respect of a drawback period of a manufacturer if
the manufacturer’s total consumption in square metres of Canadian fabrics in the manufacture of stuffed toys during the period is less than its total co
nsumption in square meters of Canadian fabrics in the manufacture of stuffed toys during the corresponding period in the calendar year 1978 or, where the manufacturer did not manufacture stuffed toys during 1978, the corresponding period of the first year subsequent to 1978 during

6. Aucun drawback n’est accordé en vertu du présent règlement à l’égard d’une période de drawback d’un fabricant, si ce dernier a utilisé, pendant la période visée pour la fabrication de jouets rembourrés, une quantité de tissus canadiens, calculée en mètres carrés, inférieure à celle utilisée aux mêmes fins pendant la période correspondante de l’année civile 1978 ou, lorsque le fabricant n’a pas fabriqué de jouets rembourrés en 1978, pendant la période correspondante de la première année postérieure à 1978 où il a fabriqué des jouets rembourrés au Canada.
