Questions have been raised about certain measures in a Member State, such as the compulsory consultation of the NARIC centre in the host country, or the fact that a migrant is summoned to a preliminary interview, outside the framework of the compensatory measures, for which he or she has to pay a fee, to which the migrant has to add the cost of a travel ticket and accommodation which can be particularly expensive if he or she is not yet living in this Member State.

Des questions ont été posées sur certaines mesures dans un État membre telles que la consultation obligatoire du centre NARIC du pays d'accueil, ainsi que le fait par exemple de convoquer à un entretien préalable un migrant en dehors du cadre des mesures de compensation, entretien par ailleurs payant auquel le migrant doit rajouter le coût d'un billet et d'un séjour, coût qui peut être particulièrement élevé s'il n'habite pas encore dans cet État membre.
