As I said on the last day of our sitting in June when I moved the motion to begin this discussion, the new reconstruction of the Department of Human Resources and Social Development has produced changes that are not fully understood and have caused significant concern to those in our national organizations, our joint coalitions in the provinces, and among those who are actually on the ground as trainers and tutors, teaching and making a difference.
Comme je l'ai dit au dernier jour de séance, en juin, lorsque j'ai proposé la motion pour amorcer ce débat, la réorganisation du ministère des Ressources humaines et du Développement social a donné des changements qui ne sont pas compris à fond et qui ont suscité des préoccupations non négligeables chez les membres de nos organisations nationales et de nos coalitions dans les provinces, et chez ceux qui travaillent sur le terrain comme formateurs et tuteurs, enseignant et apportant une aide déterminante.
