If there's a lower-cost way of doing it, other than to try to maintain everything under one roof, under one umbrella, why don't we have a more diverse aviation industry than just one?
S'il existe une solution plus économique, au lieu d'essayer de tout garder sous un seul toit, sous une même structure cadre, pourquoi ne pas avoir une industrie aérienne plus diverse?
