4. The reports shall contain an evaluation of the results achieved by the actions taken pursuant to this Regulation including appropriate information about developments in the sector, in particular concerning economic, social, employment and technological aspects, as well as about quality of service, in the light of the original objectives and with a view to future needs.

Les rapports contiennent une évaluation des résultats atteints par les actions prises en application du présent règlement, y compris des informations appropriées sur les évolutions dans le secteur, en ce qui concerne notamment les aspects économiques, sociaux, en matière d'emploi et technologiques, ainsi que sur la qualité du service, eu égard aux objectifs initiaux et en vue des besoins futurs.
