Voices deep concern at the fact that the adjustments relating to the period during which a manual accounting system was used between the discontinuation of the College's old accounting system (23 May 2008) and the introduction of the new ABAC system (14 July 2008) were not all made in good time and that the financial information concerning the carryovers from the previous year, the use of assigned revenue and the link with certain figures in the balance sheet for 2007 was insufficiently clear;
8. se dit fortement préoccupé par le fait que les ajustements relatifs à la période couverte par le système comptable manuel mis en place pendant l'intervalle entre la clôture de son ancien système comptable (23 mai 2008) et le nouveau système ABAC (14 juillet 2008), n’aient pas tous été opérés en temps utile et que la qualité de l'information financière concernant les reports de crédits de l’exercice précédent, l’utilisation des recettes affectées, ainsi que le lien avec certains montants du bilan pour l’exercice 2007 manquait de clarté;
