‘Opening’ is the maximum unobstructed aperture between the upper edge or the leading edge, depending on the closing direction, of a power-operated window or partition or roof panel and the vehicle structure which forms the boundary of the window, partition or roof panel, when viewed from the interior of the vehicle or, in the case of partition system, from the rear part of the passenger compartment.
par «ouverture», on entend l’ouverture maximale libre entre le bord supérieur ou le bord antérieur, suivant le sens de fermeture, d’une vitre, d’une cloison de séparation ou d’un toit ouvrant à commande électrique, et la structure du véhicule qui constitue le bord du cadre de la vitre, de la cloison ou du toit ouvrant, vue de l’intérieur du véhicule ou, dans le cas d’une cloison de séparation, de l’arrière de l’habitacle.
