La mise en œuvre des autres parties des projets visés aux points 2.1 (Assistance technique et renforcement des capacités), 2.2 (Développer des capacités pour les futures générations d'experts du TICE — l'initiative de renforcement des capacités (IRC)], 2.3 (Améliorer le modèle de transport atmosphérique (MTA)], 2.4 (Caractérisation et atténuation du xénon radioactif) et 2.6 (Assurer la viabilité des stations sismiques auxiliaires certifiées du SSI) de l'annexe de la décision 2012/699/PESC, dont il est fait expressément mention dans la demande présentée par l'OTICE le 18 juin 2014, pourrait s'effectuer sans aucune implication en termes de ressources.
Implementation of the remaining parts of the projects referred to in paragraphs 2.1 (Technical Assistance and Capacity Building), 2.2 (Developing Capacity for Future Generations of CTBT Experts — the Capacity Development Initiative (CDI)), 2.3 (Enhancing the Atmospheric Transport Model (ATM)), 2.4 (Characterisation and Mitigation of Radioxenon) and 2.6 (Sustainment of Certified IMS Auxiliary Stations) of the Annex to Decision 2012/699/CFSP, as specifically quoted in the request made by the CTBTO on 18 June 2014, could be performed without any resource implications.
