4.2.Les véhicules à moteur équipés de dispositifs antiblocage et/ou prévus pour tracter une remorque équipée de tels dispositifs, à l'exception des véhicules des catégories M1 et N1, doivent être munis d'un signal d'alarme propre aux dispositifs antiblocage du véhicule remorqué, satisfaisant aux prescriptions du point 4.1 ci-avant, ou équipés d'un signal optique s'allumant au plus tard lorsque la commande de frein est actionnée et indiquant au conducteur que le véhicule remorqué attelé n'est pas équipée d'antibloqueurs.
4.2.Motor vehicles equipped with anti-lock devices and/or designed to tow a trailer equipped with such devices, with the exception of vehicles of categories M1 and N1, shall be fitted with a separate warning device for the anti-lock device(s) of the towed vehicle, meeting the requirements of item 4.1 above, or shall be fitted with an optical warning signal which shall light up not later than any application of the brake to warn the driver if the attached trailer is not equipped with an anti-lock device.
