Comment selon vous est-ce acceptable qu'à l'article 43, qui s'appliquait aux déficients mentaux, aux prisonniers, aux jeunes aspirants de marine et aux apprentis, nous sommes prêts à protéger tous ces groupes, mais non les enfants?

I would like to know how you think that it is acceptable that in section 43, which used to cover the mentally defective, prisoners, young midshipmen and apprentices, we are prepared to protect all those groups, but we are not prepared to protect children.
