E. stressing that when on 7 February 2002, after 22 days on political hunger strike, Sheraly Nazarkulov, an economist who was deputy head of the Human Rights Movement of Kyrgyzstan, died of a cerebral haemorrhage, his wife and fellow human rights activists were not allowed to attend the autopsy or claim his body for burial,
