Le rapporteur estime que, pour tous les financements relevant du Fonds régional et concernant la construction de bâtiments, ou pour toute intervention dans le secteur de la construction, la performance énergétique des bâtiments, ainsi que la possibilité de recourir à des sources d'énergie internes (géothermique–bioclimatique, etc.) devraient être prises en considération.
The draftswoman considers that for all funding from the Regional Fund concerning construction of buildings or any intervention in the building sector the energy behaviour of the buildings as well as the possibility of using internal energy sources (geothermics - bioclimatic etc) should be taken into consideration.
