Je crois par conséquent qu'il faudrait que nous ayons un débat pour savoir jusqu'où nous sommes prêts à accepter que le libre capitalisme lié à la mondialisation l'emporte sur l'intérêt national qui veut qu'on préserve au moins la capacité de décider que de grandes entreprises comme Noranda ou Petro Kazakhstan, qui a été rachetée par la CNCP, doivent investir chez nous, au Canada.
