80. rappelle que, selon l'audition de l'auditeur interne devant la commission compétente le 20 janvier 2009, la gestion des technologies de l'information (TI) a connu des problèmes importants en 2007, exigeant des changements importants dans les structures, les traditions et la gestion de la politique des TI de l'institution; juge extrêmement urgent d'introduire toutes les normes majeures applicables aux outils modernes de gouvernance et de planification des TI, afin de rapprocher le secteur des TI du Parlement des objectifs COBIT (Control Objectives for Information and related Technology);

Recalls that, according to the hearing before the competent committee of the Internal Auditor of 20 January 2009, there were in 2007 major problems with the state of IT governance in Parliament, requiring important changes to the structures, traditions and management of the institution's IT policy; considers it of the utmost urgency to introduce all major requirements for modern IT governance and planning tools which would bring Parliament's IT sector closer to the COBIT (Control Objectives for Information and related Technology);
