«J’ai suggéré que deux de ces instruments d’appui, le réseau Euro-Info-Centre, qui met à la disposition des PME des informations et une assistance concernant toutes les questions relatives à l’UE et le réseau de centres-relais pour l’innovation, qui pourrait fournir une assise afin de rapprocher le tissu industriel et technologique russe des fournisseurs et destinataires de la technologie européenne, soient ouverts à une participation russe», a-t-il ajouté.
“I have suggested that two of these support instruments, the Euro-Info-Centre Network, which provides information and assistance to SMEs on all EU issues, and the Innovation Relay Centres Network, which could offer a platform to bring closer the Russian industrial and technological fabric to the European technology suppliers and recipients, be opened to Russian participation”, he added.
