Si telle n'était pas l'intention des personnes qui ont proposé cette résolution, si par manque d'expérience - et non pas, j'en suis sûr, faute de scrupules - on tentait de présenter devant ce Parlement une question interne, domestique - comme l'a, par ailleurs, reconnu le porte-parole des socialistes espagnols au congrès des députés ce week-end -, il est évident qu'ils ne pourraient pas compter sur le groupe du parti populaire européen pour jouer à ce jeu.
If this was not the intention of those who proposed this resolution, if through lack of experience – not through lack of scruples, I am sure – what was intended was to bring an internal, domestic affair before this Parliament – as the spokesman for the Spanish Socialists in the Spanish national parliament recognised at the weekend – then of course they cannot count on the Group of the European People’s Party to play this game.
