15. demande instamment aux États membres et à la Commission d'accélérer l'adoption et la mise en œuvre d'une politique des marchés publics à l'échelon de l'Union européenne, ainsi qu'aux échelons national et local, qui favorise l'achat de produits du bois portant un label écologique, en particulier ceux certifiés conformément à la norme du Conseil international de gestion forestière;
15. Urges the Member States and the Commission to speed up the adoption and implementation of a green public procurement policy at European Union, national and local level, which favours the purchase of eco-labelled wood products, especially those certified according to the standard of the Forest Stewardship Council;
