1. Nonobstant les dispositions sur la dissolution figurant dans la convention, sur demande d'une autorité compétente ayant un intérêt légitime, la juridiction ou l'autorité compétente de l'État membre où le GECT a son siège ordonne la dissolution du GECT lorsqu'elle constate que le GECT ne respecte plus les exigences prévues à l'article 1er, paragraphe 2, ou à l'article 7, ou, en particulier, que le GECT agit en dehors des tâches définies à l'article 7.
1. Notwithstanding the provisions on dissolution contained in the convention, on an application by any competent authority with a legitimate interest, the competent court or authority of the Member State where an EGTC has its registered office shall order the EGTC to be wound up if it finds that the EGTC no longer complies with the requirements laid down in Articles 1(2) or 7 or, in particular, that the EGTC is acting outside the confines of the tasks laid down in Article 7.
