Une réglementation non discriminatoire d’un État membre qui interdit avec un effet immédiat, sans accorder une période de transition et d’adaptation aux organisateurs de jeux de hasard affectés et/ou sans prévoir de réparation adéquate, l’exploitation de machines à sous dans les salles de jeu, et qui garantit ainsi un monopole de l’exploitation des machines à sous aux casinos de jeux, s’accorde-t-elle avec l’article 56 TFUE?
