Eligible projects comprise technical restructuring, the acquisition, extension or modernisation of equipment in particular information technology hardware and software and expenditure for vocational training.

Transnational projects include : - Identification of future technological training requirements of the clothing sector (IRL, F, NL). - Pilot project to create a partnership and to develop an international dimension in vocational training in the electronic sector (DK,P). - A transnational partnership between six countries to develop vocational training within the field of greenhouse agriculture which is required because of significant technological change (F, B, E, GR, I, P).
