Compte tenu de de l'analyse ci-dessus, étant donné que les deux actes dont l'abrogation est proposée concernent la politique agricole commune et que la directive 76/621/CEE du Conseil est également fondée sur ce qui est aujourd'hui l'article 114 du traité FUE, alors la base marché intérieur pour le rapprochement des législations, l'article 42, point a), l'article 43, paragraphe 2, et l'article 114 du traité FUE constituent la base juridique appropriée pour la proposition de règlement abrogeant la directive 76/621/CEE du Conseil relative à la fixation du taux maximal d'acide érucique dans les huiles et graisses et le règlement (CE) n° 320/2006 du Conseil instituant un régime temporaire de restructuration de l'industrie sucrière.
In the light of the foregoing analysis, since both acts proposed to be repealed lie in the field of common agricultural policy and Council Directive 76/621/EEC is also based on what currently corresponds to Article 114 TFEU, the internal market basis for the approximation of laws, the first subparagraph of Article 42, Article 43(2) and Article 114 TFEU constitute the appropriate legal bases for the proposed Regulation repealing Council Directive 76/621/EEC relating to the fixing of the maximum level of erucic acid in oils and fats and Council Regulation (EC) No 320/2006 establishing a temporary scheme for the restructuring of the sugar industry.
