La E411 et la E25 font partie des « réseaux trans-européens de transport » (RTE-T) et peuvent, de ce fait, être considérées pour un financement de la Banque européenne d’investissement au titre de «l’Action européenne pour la croissance », ce qui permet à la BEI de porter son soutien financier de 50 à 70 % du coût total du projet.
The E411 and the E25 form part of the Trans-European Transport Network (TEN-T) and are therefore eligible for EIB financing under the European Action for Growth, allowing the EIB to increase its financial support from 50 to 70% of the total project cost.
