11 Sur le deuxième moyen, tiré de la violation de l’article 7, paragraphe 3, du règlement n° 40/94, le Tribunal a jugé, aux points 82 à 89 de l’arrêt attaqué, que la requérante n’établissait pas que la marque demandée eût acquis, dans toute la Communauté, un caractère distinctif résultant de l’usage qui en avait été fait, au sens de cette disposition, notamment pour les motifs suivants:
