Pour en revenir au mode de fonctionnement de notre industrie, il faut qu'il existe un dialogue marqué par un esprit de collaboration et d'ouverture entre tous les ordres de gouvernement si nous voulons trouver des solutions, qu'il s'agisse d'innovation, de production ou de nouveaux emballages sous atmosphère, pour prolonger la durée de conservation de produits comme les bleuets sur les tablettes ou dans les boîtes-repas des enfants, emballages qui seraient biodégradables et sûrs pour l'environnement.
Back to our discussion on how we operate as industry, there is the need to ensure there is a collaborative and open dialogue between all those levels of government to finding solutions, whether it is innovation, whether it is production, whether it is new atmospheric packaging that enables product such as blueberries to stay on the shelf longer and or in a child's lunch box longer and that is biodegradable and safe for the environment.
